Rick Cantu
Co-Founder, CEO and President
Possessing more than 17 years of experience in the technology industry and more than 15 years as CEO, President and Co-founder of Redapt, Inc., Rick brings a deep understanding of business development and entrepreneurial knowledge, successfully leading the overall direction of the company.
Originally from the greater Seattle area, Rick began his career at Apex Computer Technology. He previously held partial ownership and a board position with the Seattle Sounders from 2001 until 2008. During this time he was instrumental in bringing the Real Madrid game to Seattle, Wash. Currently he holds an advisory role with Rezin Sports Marketing.
Rick attended Seattle Pacific University and Green River Community College. He is a member of the Entrepreneurial Organization, Northwest Minority Business Council and National Minority Business Council, as well as the Association of Service and Computer Dealers International. When not working, Rick enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer and snowboarding.
David Cantu
Co-Founder and COO
David is responsible for managing multiple components of Redapt, Inc. His deep knowledge of enterprise IT, resourceful entrepreneurial skills and passion for exploring new technologies has been a cornerstone of the company's success. His most valued accomplishments are working with his brother and his influence on the family-like culture within the organization.
In addition to working at Redapt, David lives to encourage other entrepreneurs to turn their vision into reality. He currently meets regularly with several early stage startups and also acts as an advisor to Appature and Rezin Sports Marketing.
David attended Western Washington University and majored in materials engineering. He is a member of the Northwest Minority Business Council and the National Minority Business Council, as well as the Dell partner advisory council. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, wake surfing and photography. He also actively participates with his son's soccer and lacrosse teams.
Sunny Gupta

A seasoned technology veteran, Sunny is Chairman of the Board, Co-Founder, CEO and President of Apptio. Possessing more than 17 years of experience in the enterprise software industry with positions of management, strategic marketing and business development, as well as serving on board of directors and advisory boards, Sunny brings knowledge of business development and technology.
Prior, Sunny was co-founder and CEO of iConclude; ran Java/.NET performance management product group for Mercury Interactive, acquired by HP; served as VP of Marketing and Business Development at Performant, acquired by Mercury Interactive; and served as GM of Business Development at Rational Software, acquired by IBM and was part of the team that helped scale the company from $300 Million to $850 Million in revenue. Additionally, he co-founded Vigor Technology before its acquisition by Rational, as well as held product management and consulting roles at Easel Corporation and IBM. Sunny earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of South Carolina.
Peter Rosvall

Peter possesses more than 30 years of experience in business development and more than 15 years in the software technology arena. Currently, he is Chairman of the Board for Certified Security Solutions, as well as CEO and Chairman of the Board for Dynamic Strategies.
Peter founded Continental Credit Services, Inc. in 1980 and held the role of CEO and President until co-founding Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. (OSI) in 1996 – resulting in a rollup producing $650 Million in revenue. After the merger with OSI, he became Chief Information Officer, Executive Vice President and director until the end of 1998. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Washington State University.
