DevOps Architect (AWS/Azure)
The focus of this particular role is around Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) area of Cloud Development and DevOps. In this role, the qualified candidate will have experience in customer-facing consulting, and leading teams in cloud solutions development and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and solution development for cloud-based DevOps solutions
- Partner with project teams, functional architects, systems specialists, and other technical resources
- Lead and deliver projects, remotely, in a hands-on role driving cloud migration/adoption from inception to production
- Assume responsibility for technical presentations and technical deliverables.
- Mentor and provide technical oversight and guidance to implementation teams while working in a coordinated manner to deliver and deploy the designed architecture
- Provide Cloud & Code thought leadership through publications and speaking engagements as needed
- Support the development and growth of Modern Data Center Practice / DevOps Team
Professional Qualifications:
- Working experience with Terraform is a must!
- Working experience with AWS or Azure (ideally both).
- Working experience with Kubernetes/EKS
- Working experience with Golang or Python
- Working experience CI/CD and General understanding of Jenkins-like automation tools. Experience with Spinnaker or TeamCity is preferred!
- General knowledge of Security, Authentication, MFA, Authorization, B2C, Data Privacy, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cryptography / Key Management, Access Controls and Security Protocols a plus
Education and Experience:
- Must have extensive working experience with AWS and/or Azure technologies
- You have 3-5+ years overall industry experience
- You have 2+ years of experience with demonstrated Cloud architecture projects and deployments
- You have 2+ years of experience with Cloud solutions, platforms, and technologies
- You have 1+ years of experience across the business development life cycle (i.e. Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Pricing, and Proposal Development)
- You have 1+ years of experience working with Kubernetes in production
- Comfortable working in an enterprise level environment
- Mid-level to Expert level experience with Terraform in Cloud Environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
Senior Client Director
We are looking for an experienced AWS Client Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience selling AWS services and solutions, a proven track record of success, and a strong understanding of the cloud computing market.
What will you do:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets in specific geographic regions and market segments.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Present and sell AWS partner solutions that meet the needs of customers.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts.
- Provide post-sales support to customers.
- Develop a detailed understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
How to Qualify:
- You have 5+ years of sales experience selling Amazon Web Services.
- 10+ years of sales experience in technology (infrastructure, ISV, cloud, or consulting) and you hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets for AWS partner services such as consulting, engineering, development, and managed services.
- Experience in developing and maintaining channel partnerships with AWS BD and Sales.
- Ability to work independently and build a strong pipeline of deals.
- Strong understanding of the customer problems, needs, and range of solutions provided by AWS services partners.
- A clear understanding of the Kubernetes ecosystem, cloud-native, and application modernization sales.
- Experience of technology adoption journeys to evolve an account from a single sale into a long-term relationship.
- Entry-level cloud computing certifications like AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel to customer sites when necessary.
Compensation:
The salary for this full-time position in the US is an On Target Earnings (OTE) potential of $250,000+ annually including (base + uncapped commission potential + incentives) + benefits.
Practice Lead - HPC & Accelerated Computing
We're looking for someone who possesses strong business and technical acumen, excellent verbal and written communication, and an overall solid hands-on foundation with on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
In this position you will be:
- Supporting sales account executives working with customers ranging from admins to CxOs to strategize, and uncover opportunities.
- You will educate, design, and package Redapt infrastructure solutions to our customers using technology stacks from our strategic partners such as Nvidia, AMD, Intel, HPE, Dell, Hashicorp, Redhat/Suse, and others!
- Responsibilities include design, performance tuning, capacity planning, BOM creation, testing and validation, hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, training, and technical guidance.
- You will also be co-managing and maintaining our pre-sales engineering lab occasionally offering tours of our facilities and offering technology demonstrations to customers.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent engineering field and/or accumulated engineering expertise.
- 10+ years minimum experience architecting and deploying in on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.
- Proficiency with accelerated computing hardware primarily focused on GPU architecture, sizing, and workload applications and platforms required to support AI/ML infrastructure.
- Proficiency in configuration management and/or of the infrastructure as code platforms and frameworks such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Redfish, and Terraform.
- Knowledge of Python and/or other scripting languages.
- Experience with datacenter infrastructure design and deployment.
- Exposure to security and networking posture in the context of datacenter design is a plus!
- Experience with strategic verticals including but not limited to fintech, retail, gaming, manufacturing, SaaS, and healthcare verticals is a plus.
- Must have a strong work ethic, be coachable, and eager to learn new technologies.
- Analytically minded, critical thinker, and an active and willing listener to customer problems.
- Must enjoy wearing multiple hats and always be willing to apply tactics and strategy to every project.
