Keeping Families in the Game
At Redapt we take pride in a being a family-owned company and looking after our own. After all, there are more than a dozen employees that have been with the company since its inception back in 1996. That speaks volumes of the type of culture that we strive to maintain on the daily.
So it should come as no surprise that when it comes to doing our part in the community, and for the sport that we love so much – soccer – that we also find ourselves having an impact on many different families. For the past two years we have been working with FC Alliance, one of the top local youth soccer organizations in the area, by creating the Redapt Scholarship Fund. The program was created to help families alleviate the financial burden of playing soccer at the highest level in the state.
This past week we had the pleasure of hosting three of those families at our headquarters in Redmond, where we had the privilege of getting to know them personally, letting them see our own family-like atmosphere, and introducing them to some of our lifelong employees.
We want to thank Javier & Cristian Ramirez (brothers), Adrian & Nancy Duarte (brother & sister), and Jeremy & Andy Alarcon (brothers) for taking the time to get to know us. We wish nothing but the very best in your young and exciting soccer careers, and we are grateful to be a part of your journey.
